Will´s Canga’s haunting character, “Barioush,” is a henchman with the Moscow mob, based in West Hollywood, California. Barioush is a strikingly handsome, black-Russian man, who harbors a dark and vile soul. With a limited understanding of the English language, Barioush rather slit a man’s throat than make the effort of responding with his own, broken-English.

With striking good looks, and an evil heart, he exploits his mob position, while the boss is in Russia. Barioush brandishes his power by abusing, violating and terrorizing the newest recruits at the Kamachtka Restaurant, the Hollywood headquarters for the Russian mafia. In the year two thousand and eight…
Abandoned, abused, betrayed and imprisoned, young Svetoslav Toddovsky is sent to
America by the Russian mob and becomes Sweeney Todd. A humble barber by trade, he quickly
learns that his skills are required for more than just carving out his slice of the American dream.
His love for a married femme fatale, deli proprietress, Vita Lovetskaya (Mrs. Lovette), leads him
to the spontaneous murder of her husband, Boris, a key member of the mob. Through disguising
Boris’ remains with her culinary artistry Vita stumbles into mass appeal and begs Sweeney for
more meat. As one ‘slaying’ leads to another, they find that they have bitten off more than they
can chew.

Will´s Canga fue nominado unas semanas antes y posteriormente galardonado con un fantástico reconocimiento por toda su trayectoria como actor. Destacaron su gran labor por llevar siempre a lo más alto a su cultura latina.

LAPA cinematic arts Awards "Charlie Chaplin": Awarded to an outstanding professional work in the arts of Cinematography.

On June 9th in the city of Los Angeles was the awarding of LAPA Awards to outstanding personalities from the film.

Will's Canga was nominated a few weeks earlier and later awarded a fantastic recognition throughout his career as an actor. They underlined their great work in bringing the highest always his Latino culture. We are pleased to congratulate Will's Canga , a great example to follow and a great human being from head to toe.

I'm excited to share with you that I'm currently coaching with Aaron Speiser in Los Angeles. 

Mr. Speiser has been training and coaching actors for over 25 years by bringing his vast experience and depth of knowledge of the craft of acting to his students in a simple, straightforward, practical and inspirational way.

He coaches Will Smith and Virginia Madsen, both of whom have recently been nominated for Academy Awards with Mr. Speiser’s help. He has also coached Jennifer Lopez from the beginning of her career. LL Cool J, Mandy Moore, The Rock (Dwayne Johnson)  are some of the accomplished actors who round out the list.

CONGRESSMAN JOE BACA Gives Keynote Address at Fontana Youth Summit

Congressman, “Sons of Anarchy” Actor Emilio Rivera and Others Speak to the Importance of Student Responsibility and Choices 

San Bernardino, CA– Today, Congressman Joe Baca (D-Rialto) gave the keynote address at a youth summit held at Fontana High School, attended by over 1,200 Inland area young people.  The theme of the summit was the Power and Responsibility of Choices of Our Personal Code, and additional guest speakers at the event included the actor Emilio Rivera, who appears on the television show “Sons of Anarchy,” and the cast of the television show, “The Code.”   

 

“Personal responsibility and a commitment to education are critical values that our young people must embrace in order to find opportunity and success in life,” said Rep. Baca.  “Today’s summit was an excellent opportunity to send a message to many of our young people in the Inland Empire, that the choices they make in life now will have a significant impact on their futures.  I thank Frank Montes, Grace Suchowski and the other organizers of this event, and want to especially recognize Emilio Rivera and all the other individuals who participated today for their commitment to serve as positive role models.” 
Rep. Baca and the other guest speakers at the summit spoke to the students about their own personal experiences, and how education, hard work, and perseverance opened the doors of opportunity for all of them.  Rep. Baca also spoke of his efforts as Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus’ Diversity Task Force, to work towards greater representation of minorities in all segments of industry and society.
“My life is a testament to the power of education, faith, and family,” concluded Rep. Baca.  “In Congress, I will continue to strive to create equal opportunity at success for all those who are willing to work hard and make a positive contribution to our society.”
